POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

Please read carefully our reservation and cancellation policies.

Reservation Policies

• All prices are in CAD.
• A security deposit equivalent to 40% of the stay (minimum of 500$) is required during the reservation, which needs to be paid by credit card. A confirmation email with the details of the reservation will be transmitted to you afterwards.
• If payment is made by cheque, the total amount of the reservation must be paid 30 days prior to the stay. It is possible to pay off the remainder of the balance by credit card, but a commodity fee of 3.5% will be added to the bill. On-line access will be transmitted once the final payment has been made.
• The sales taxes (TPS and TVQ) and accommodations taxes will be charged additionally.
• The chalets are available after 4 P.M. Check-out must be before 11 A.M.
• Accepted payment methods are: cheque or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Cancellation Policy

If reservations are cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, the total amount of the stay must be payed. Security deposits will not be refunded when reservations are cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to CHALETMAG. So we’ve developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. Please let us know if you have any questions.

General Conditions

• No discounts will be allocated for late arrivals or early check-outs.
• Animals are accepted with certain restrictions.
• It is forbidden to smoke in the chalets.
• Must be 21 or older to rent a chalet.
• Garbage: the garbage collection procedure is included in the instructions manual provided within each of the chalets.
• The check-out procedure is also available within each of the chalets.
